Returns and Exchanges Policy

At PAICKER UK LIMITED, your satisfaction is our priority. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 days after payment completion. Upon shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number to help you monitor your order’s progress.

If you receive a defective product, please consult our limited product warranty for assistance.

General Return and Exchange Conditions

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (based on your receipt date). After 30 days, returns or exchanges will not be processed.

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, with packaging unopened, unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
  • Items sold as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.

This policy does not apply to items that are clearly stated as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.

For online orders, customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning a product.

Your rights under applicable consumer law are in addition to this policy and remain unaffected.

All returns must be made to PAICKER UK LIMITED in their original condition. Additional charges may apply for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, missing parts, or accidents.

If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, PAICKER UK LIMITED will cover the return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

For returns or exchanges for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The decision regarding the condition of the product and the application of this policy is at PAICKER UK LIMITED‘s discretion.

Please note:

  • If your request does not meet the terms outlined above, Juststylet will not authorize the return or exchange.
  • Returns without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund, and Juststylet is not responsible for any lost goods.

For authorized returns or exchanges, PAICKER UK LIMITED will provide a prepaid return label. Please follow the instructions provided to return the product, ensuring all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and complimentary gifts are included.

Once your return or exchange is received, we will notify you via email. The item will be inspected, and we will inform you of the approval or denial of your request. The decision will be based on the condition of the returned item and Juststylet‘s policies.

If approved:

  • Exchanges will be processed promptly.
  • Refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds may take time to process. If you haven’t received your refund after several days:

  • Allow extra time for processing.
